too much texting is linked to other problem:

In this article "Too Much Texting Is Linked To Other Problem" the author explaines that excessive use of every thing is bad for our health and behavour. It becomes our addiction and then it becomes hard to leave it. Actually, miss use of everything directly effects on our unhealthy behavior like smolking, drinking, depression, gruges, alchohol and earting disorders.Too much texting and exxcessive hours on nestworking specially linked to obesity eating disorders, school absenteeism due to illness, lack of adequate sleep. These teenagers also are more likely to be stressed and to think about suicide. Using of networking all time leads to many disorder too. Such as spend all time on facebook sometimes create the anxiety and depression.
Sometimes i also niticed that many students check their facebooks maore times whenever thay get time. Therefor, I strongly agree with the auther that too much of every thing id bad for our health and behaviour.
